一：全自動彈簧拉壓試驗機產(chǎn)品簡介
液晶顯示電子式彈簧試驗機主機與輔具的設計融匯了我公司的先進技術，外形美觀，操作方便，性能穩(wěn)定可靠。系統(tǒng)通過數(shù)字控制器，經(jīng)調速系統(tǒng)控制數(shù)字電機轉動，經(jīng)減速系統(tǒng)減速后通過精密絲杠副帶橫梁上升、下降，完成試樣的拉伸、壓縮等力學性能試驗，無污染、噪音低，效率高，具有較寬的調速范圍。
本機依據(jù)彈簧試驗機標準規(guī)定的要求研制而成。主要用于測試各種螺旋彈簧力學性能指標。
二：全自動彈簧拉壓試驗機主要功能
1、設定試驗力Ｐ，檢測彈簧的變形量Ｆ。
2、設定變形量Ｆ，檢測彈簧的試驗力Ｐ。
3、最多可以設定5個檢測點。
4、試驗力、位移、剛度采用數(shù)字顯示、試驗結果打印，可測試初拉力。
5、具有峰值保持、過載保護、位移和試驗力任意清零、剛度計算、試驗速度0.1－500mm/min任意設置、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、數(shù)據(jù)打印（打印機為選配）等功能。
6、采用精密數(shù)控電機帶動圓弧同步齒形帶對精密滾珠絲杠加載。
